hmmm what's new? not much, am just itching to start knitting the infamous LYRA, but still thinking of diving into it, so go ahead what are you waiting for, you say? well am still praying to all angels to give me enough courage to stick to it, I am scared that i might not be able to finish it, which I hated doing whenever I abandon a project.

Knitting Lyra will be my first knitted doily if ever, internet buddies who have knitted Niebling's work said that once I get to start knitting it, it will be easy, it looks intimidating at first, but I'll get the hang of it eventually. Some were able to finish it in just two weeks! Imagine that, I can't even finish my husband's Shifting Sand scarf, I casted-on last August 8, and am still past half of the length I'm planning to make.

Enough babbling gotta get my needles and finish that scarf... and perhaps after that I might have gathered enough strength to tackle my fear of lace knitting, better look again at my bad fearless knitter badge*
