plurk, plurkers, plurkistan, plurkville

So what is Plurk anyway? You have probably heard the work Plurkers, plurkettes, plurkistan plurkville and who knows what other names plurk users use to identify themsevles as Plurk user on their blogs.

I've been enjoying my time on PLURK, meeting fellow knitters, and people from all over the world. This is something similar to Twitter, where in you can put in all the latest happening in your life at the moment, without putting it in your blog, but is so different from Twitter, because you can actually get to talk to your friends after you typed your updates, it's almost like an IM.

And oh, you get to enjoy other stuff like smileys emoticons, make your plurk as widget to be included in your blog, personalize your plurk page using their pre-background or you can use css. All these can be enhanced as your Karma Points increases.

Now you're asking what is Karma Points? Well let just say I am motivated to log in to Plurk.com cause I can chat with friends at the same time gain karma points, updates my profile by changing my head shot from time to time...

So if you're interested and you want to know me more, just click here...PLURK ME

Hope to see you there.

  1. Ha! Etisalat is blocking PLURK. What a surprise. Also I cannot see any of your photos as they are hosted on Flickr, and you know what Etisalat is like when it comes to sites like that.

This is one of the reasons why I hate living in Dubai.

Did I tell you that they blocked Ravelry? Oh yes they did!
