....updates on my Trellis Tunic - It's now end of the month and I haven't finished my tunic yet.
I am now doing the left sleeve...and I am with mixed emotions right now - bored/impatient, excited/impatient and irritated at the same time. Here is the partially finished of my tunic...and my alphabet of emotions...
Bored/impatient - been frogging the sleeve 4th time today, this time to get it right I had to plot the written pattern into charts just to be sure that the instruction is correct for Row 1 of the sleeve.
Excited/impatient - I can't wait to finish this sleeve and move to the next sleeve...and be able to finish tunic
Irritated - I think this will not fit me at all at the waist area... huh huh...need to do more sit-ups...

I am so excited to do this project, I started this last month with this yarn - Scheepjeswol - Superwash Zermatt, but after doing the first half of the tunic, the drape looks drag.
Here is the full shot the tunic I'm making, and hopefully be able to finish it before the month ends. I'm kinda stuck on the shape armholes, and already seek help from Coats and Clark for clarification of the pattern instructions. I just hope I don't mess this up. I am really looking forward of wearing this tunic on the coming Holiday. And if ever I finished this tunic, this will be my very first crochet tunic. Can't wait to finish this one.
I also wanted to share this with you guys, I'm not sure if this is a boucle yarn, it didn't state what kind of yarn except that it's part acrylic, and part wook. What do you think I should make of this? I think I will make a shrug with this yarn.
I am so thankful to God that He gave me two smart daughters. Angel is now at the 7th place as the most Outstanding Student in her Class.She is also one of the finalist for the Spelling Quiz Bee to be held on November 25.
While Abbie is 6th place and also the 4th finalist for the MATHinik Quiz Bee to be held next week.
I am so proud of YOU. You made your Papa and Mama so happy with your achievements.
The kids just celebrated their birthdays. I cooked spaghetti and fried chicken, brought the kids to the mall and have a wonderful time. I took some shots the eve of their birthday, a video where we woke up the kids and have their cake blown...That' what we've been doing to celebrate their birthday ever since we moved here in Riyadh.
